Originally created by Hakeem “Mr Impact” Onibudo this show features 6 of Zimbabwe’s hottest Hip Hop Dance troupes. D-Chronic, Eschusia, Unit Edge, Break Equation, G-Steppaz and Royal Crew. The 6 crews have been working alongside Impact Dance www.impactdance.co.uk and the British Council since August 2011 to produce exciting work based on the theme “The Smoke that Thunders”. In addition there will be performances from Magesh and Zim Ethnic. The latter being part of the original Super Crew which was choreographed by UK Choreographer Tony Adigun (Artistic Director of Avant Garde Dance www.avantgardedance.com) at Live Vibe’s debut at REPS theatre in February 2012.
